The InCommon Federation Manager has been upgraded to version 3.14.1. This 
release fixes a bug that prevented submission of a new IdP if hide from 
discovery was selected.

Please note that the fix around displaying an empty assertion consumer 
service line when editing an SP will be deployed in a later release because 
of the fix's dependency on other backend changes. The bug does not affect 
your submitted metadata and only shows an empty ACS line in the preview 
section while editing your metadata. Thank you to those who have reported the 
bug to us.
