Eastern Time.

IMPORTANT: In resolving this issue, we had to restore a database backup from
Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time. If you submitted any
metadata changes between Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. ET and
Wednesday, June 27, 2018, at 9:25 p.m. ET, you will need to re-submit those
changes, even if the changes were reflected in today's published metadata
aggregate. We will also attempt to contact any affected organizations before
publishing updated metadata tomorrow.

The InCommon Federation manager is experiencing a service outage. At
this time, staff are working to resolve the issue. We do not currently
