Hi all,

The FM dev team found the issue with creation of duplicate ACS index
values in Instructure SP metadata. The FM uses optimistic record
locking. When more than one person edits an SP at the same time, or one
person has multiple SP edit pages open for the same SP, the problem can
occur. Given Instructure's need to edit lots of SP metadata when they
do their cert rollovers every two years, it's possible they had multiple
Site Admins going through their list of SPs. The devs are working on
finding a good place for the temporary fix. The full fix will require
some data model work in a later release. There may be some more stuff
where optimistic locking could bite us, so they are doing further analysis.

Best,

Nick
