Subject: [InCommon NOTICE] the Federation Info pages are broken

Yesterday an end user reported an inaccuracy on one of the Federation Info 
pages:

https://incommon.org/federation/info

Subsequently we discovered that the pages stopped refreshing themselves on 
July 16th when we migrated to a new web server on the back end. AFAICT that 
migration caused a server-side metadata refresh process to break. That 
process initiates a pipeline of processes that result in the Federation Info 
pages.

This issue affects ALL of the metadata-driven web pages at the above 
location. At this time, I do not know when the issue will be resolved. I will 
keep you informed.
