Just following up with more information...

Yesterday, at approximately 3:08 pm ET, entity descriptor
"https://shib.courseleaf.com/shibboleth"; was inadvertently removed from the
InCommon metadata aggregate. The lost metadata was restored at approximately
6:14 pm ET.

We believe the incident occurred while the InCommon RA administrator was
reviewing pending metadata update requests (as the RA does on a daily basis).
Apparently, an incorrect use of the browser's back button caused a web form
to be submitted twice, which exercised a bug that caused the entity
descriptor to be altogether removed from the aggregate. We have not been able
to replicate the error so a permanent solution is still outstanding.
Obviously the RA won't be using the back button until this issue is resolved.

Note that this is NOT a bug in the Federation Manager software used by Site
Administrators. It is a bug in the web interface used by RA administrator.

We apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused. If you have
questions, feel free to contact us at

Subject: [InCommon NOTICE] Leepfrog metadata restored

Hello,

There was an issue with publishing SAML entity descriptors for Leepfrog, Inc.
that occurred today, causing these entities to drop from published metadata.
The issue has now been resolved, and metadata has been republished.  You may
need to do an off-schedule refresh your local copy of InCommon metadata in
order to get these entity descriptors back.  We are investigating  a cause
and will update with more information when it becomes available.

Best,

Nick
