Last Friday (1/22) a new IdP was introduced into production metadata.
The MDUI Logo URL in the IdP's metadata had a trailing non-breaking
space character. ( ) Subsequently we received one report of this
Logo URL breaking an embedded discovery interface. We have not been
able to confirm that report, however.

As of this morning (1/25), the extraneous character has been removed
from production metadata. FYI, we signed and published a fresh
aggregate at 8:34 am ET.

We are taking steps to prevent this from happening again. We apologize
for any inconvenience this may have caused.
