We are pushing out a minor (but unscheduled) change to production
metadata this morning (Wed, 9/30). We ask that you monitor your
metadata refresh processes, especially the metadata refresh process
running on your IdP, and inform us immediately if problems occur. The
modified metadata has been pre-tested on the most popular software
platforms in use, so we don't expect any problems. This is a low-risk
operation.

Just so you know, the change involves a PAOS endpoint in a single SP
entity descriptor. That SP's metadata will be modified to have a
special non-URI in the Location attribute of the PAOS endpoint. This
will allow multiple InCommon participants to collaborate on a new
login method conforming to the SAML V2.0 Enhanced Client or Proxy
(ECP) Profile. This work is sponsored by the National Science
Foundation.

Sorry for the short notice. Assuming the change causes no immediate
issues, we will keep it in production metadata indefinitely.
