If your organization has not registered an IdP in the InCommon
Federation, this message is FYI only.

All IdP operators in the InCommon Federation are strongly encouraged
to support global Research & Scholarship (R&S). If your IdP currently
supports R&S, we urge you to migrate to global R&S. If your IdP does
not yet support R&S, now is a good time to do so. In any case, we ask
all R&S IdP operators to review their options since the previously
documented config option has been deprecated.
