FYI, the Registered By InCommon Category [1] will be implemented and
deployed over a two-week period beginning on Friday, April 17, 2015.
Here is the timeline:

Fri, Apr 17: Introduce the registered-by-incommon entity attribute
into the preview aggregate
Fri, Apr 24: Sync the main aggregate with the preview aggregate
Fri, May 1: Sync the fallback aggregate with the production aggregate

Since most deployments consume the main production aggregate, April
24th is the date to remember. See the Metadata Aggregates wiki topic
[2] for more information about InCommon metadata aggregates.
