FYI, the database server behind the Federation Manager will be moved
to a new data center (in the same building) on Friday, November 14
(tomorrow) between 7:00 and 7:30 am ET. The Federation Manager web
interface will not be available during this time. The FM should be
back online by 7:30 am ET.
