At this moment, there are about 50 metadata update requests in the
approval queue. We expect this number to increase and remain high as
site administrators rekey their SAML deployments due to The Heartbleed
Bug (https://spaces.internet2.edu/x/-4DYAg)

This note is a simple reminder to read the documentation on
certificate migration (https://spaces.internet2.edu/x/vAEFAQ) If you
follow the steps documented on these pages, a new certificate can be
migrated into metadata without any loss of service of whatsoever.
