Just FYI, a power outage is currently in progress in South Ann Arbor.
The backup power system that services the Internet2 office building
was automatically engaged. AFAIK, there was no significant loss of
service for any of the InCommon services.

As a precaution, the metadata server, the discovery service, and the
error handling service were manually failed over to the hot spare in
Indiana. We will keep them there until the situation in Ann Arbor
stabilizes.

I will keep you informed as the situation progresses.
