Just wanted to put closure on this outstanding issue. After analyzing
the logs, we have concluded there was no metadata server outage
yesterday as originally reported by a participant. FYI, we did receive
two (independent) reports of outages involving a commercial service
provider but that issue was not related to the InCommon metadata
server.
