An enhanced, updated report on dead entities in metadata has been
published to the wiki:

If you are responsible for any of the entities on these lists, further
action may be required. See the above wiki page for required and
recommended actions.

Note that the definition of "dead entity" has changed. It is now more
conservatively defined so that the designation is almost certainly
correct, with significantly fewer false positives. Also, a list of
"unknown entities" has been added. An entity on the "unknown" list may
or may not require your attention. See the above wiki page for further
information.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Anything you can
do to increase the quality of SAML deployments in the InCommon
Federation will be appreciated.
