The following modifications have been made to the Federation Manager:

1. SingleLogoutService endpoints can be added to SP metadata

2. A security contact can be added to metadata
(https://spaces.internet2.edu/x/BomKAQ)
3. The number of certificates per role descriptor is now limited to
two (https://spaces.internet2.edu/x/vAEFAQ)
4. The use XML attribute on key descriptors in SP metadata may be
manipulated (https://spaces.internet2.edu/x/_YuKAQ)
5. The SHA-1 fingerprint of each certificate is displayed via the web 
interface
