On April 9, preliminary support for Single Logout (SLO) endpoints in
IdP metadata was added to the Federation Manager (FM):

On April 30, complementary support for SLO endpoints in SP metadata
will be added to the FM.

As of today, a test metadata file with sample <md:SingleLogoutService>
endpoints (in both IdP and SP metadata) is available:

Sites are encouraged to consume this metadata with their test SP
infrastructure prior to April 30. (Do not mix test metadata with
production metadata in the same deployment since the two metadata
files contain the same entities.)
