FYI, InCommon Operations will add support for <md:SingleLogoutService>
endpoints in InCommon metadata.
- Support for <md:SingleLogoutService> endpoints in IdP metadata will
be deployed in production on April 9, 2013
- Support for <md:SingleLogoutService> endpoints in SP metadata will
be announced at a later date
Beginning today (April 2, 2013), a test metadata file with sample
<md:SingleLogoutService> endpoints is available:
http://wayf.incommonfederation.org/InCommon/InCommon-metadata-test.xml
Sites are encouraged to consume this metadata with their test SP
infrastructure prior to April 9, 2013. (Do not mix test metadata with
production metadata in the same deployment since the two metadata
files contain the same entities.)
Note: The following SAML software is known to support the SAML2 Single
Logout (SLO) Profile:
- Microsoft AD FS 2.0
- simpleSAMLphp
- Shibboleth (SP only)
If you know of other software that supports the SAML2 SLO Profile, let
us know and we’ll add it to the list.
