The operation is complete. The legacy R&S entity attribute has been removed 
and fresh metadata has been signed and published:

The JSON metadata process will run at approximately 4:00pm, at which time the 
R&S info page will become brought up to date:

Oh, and btw, we *will* sign and publish metadata today between 2:00pm and 
3:00pm, as usual.
