Our colleagues in the UK are interested attracting ACM to joining their 
federation and make the ACM Digital Library available. 

Does anyone have a contact for them that I can pass along? If there's 
sufficient interest, we can do our own contacting too!

We getting lots of requests for ACM Digital Library to shib. Do you have any 
contacts there? We've never had any success with them in terms of dialogue.
