Agenda

1) OK to list membership on wiki?

2) Use case discussion

We're seeking a seamless consistent user experience with:

* access by on-campus users, off-campus users
* to IP controlled sites, to Shib controlled sites
* various user starting points (local library maintained Nav page, MetaLib
(UMD), direct to
vendor, start at google, Guelph scenario)
* others?

3) Organization of working group

With a large group, we're looking at a couple of options for moving forward.
There may be others.

Option 1

1. Agree on use cases
2. Pilot participants identify the use case(s) that fits their situations
3. Those associated with each use case work together
4. A lead person is identified for each use case
5. Entire group agrees on timeline to identify issues and solutions
associated with use cases
6. Recommendations provided at the end of the timeline
7. InC-Library calls are every other week. Entire InC-Library meets monthly –
off weeks devoted to the smaller groups.

Option 2
1. Agree on use cases
2. Prioritize the use cases
3. Set timeline for identifying issues and solutions associated with the
first use case
4. Provide recommendations at the end of the timeline
5. Move to second use case and repeat the process.
6. InC-Library meets every other week.
