Refworks, Database of Recorded American Music (DRAM), OCLC.

None currently.  Our III OPAC, Illiad ILL, and Sirsi Eres systems all use 
pubcookie, but they don't have a cross-domain authentication component.

A. Is this pilot configuration being used by patrons (in a production or
real-world beta capacity)?

RefWorks and DRAM are production.  OCLC is expecting to offer Shib support 
for WorldCat Local RealSoonNow, and we would definitely want to use that 
in production as well.

B. What are your main unresolved issues with this configuration?

none.

C. What additional Shibboleth functionality could make this better?

E. If you are using a different configuration for production, what are the 
outstanding issues with your current production system and do you think
