We've been having calls every two weeks, and today would have been 
the next call. Over the last two weeks, however, I've had to devote a 
lot of time to helping my college age daughter get ready to travel 
(she's working in europe this summer; she left last night). 
Consequently, I'm not ready for a call today, and haven't addressed 
the action items that were assigned to me.

I'm sorry about the late notice. I'd  like to plan to have our next 
call next friday -- June 8th, at 12:30 pm edt, 9:30 an pdt.
