I put some notes on the wiki for lead institutions for contacting vendors

).  I have also updated the spreadsheet on the wiki for vendors with who 
the lead institutions are (

).  So far, I have only added Duke as a lead institution for 4 of the 
vendors.  Please fill in your institution as the lead if there are any 
vendors you would like to be the lead for.  Otherwise, I will assign later 
this week according to the survey results.

Note that a lead institution will not necessarily *have* to be the 
vendor's InCommon sponsoring institution.  Lead institutions will mainly 
be responsible for communication and coordination, and the more we can 
spread that work amongst the members of our group, the better (in my 
opinion).
