joining the UK federation. FYI...

From Mark: Ingenta-Connect (aka publishing technology) and Taylor and Francis 
have just finished testing and should be live very soon in the UK. Ingenta in 
particular will take a while shibbing all their platforms but they are all 
big for us so you might want to throw them into the mix.
