Hi folks,

Ann West pointed me to a great resource for use case write-ups. There was an access management CAMP in June that included a presentation by Rob Carter. He has a slew of use cases, or (as Rob mentions) user stories, about a bunch of administrative functions, including the library. This might provide a good model for this group:
