Defining Use Cases for Federating Library Services

Hello Everyone,

Some changes to the organization on the wiki for the Use Case subgroup have
been initiated and feedback would be very welcome. At the last meeting we
determined that focusing on the template for writing up each category of use
case would be helpful, and that initially we would focus in on writing up
the basic EZProxy/Shibboleth use case. This will aid in differentiating and
writing up the more complex cases that have been brought up in the past.

Thanks for the assistance! Note that in the wiki the lines that are outlined
in red are incomplete wiki links to child pages that have yet to be created.
