Here's what I just submitted as an IdPaaS session proposal for Tech Ex 2019. The proposal can be edited however the group would like in the months before the event.  --Keith

WebSSO and Federation Without Running Infrastructure. What!?
  Session Abstract:
Campus decision makers may believe that a move to WebSSO and
Federated services means taking on the burden of deploying and
operating a huge increment of IT infrastructure. This
presentation will highlight current and emerging alternatives in
the form of Identity Providers as a Service (IdPaaS). Leaders of
the InCommon IdPaaS working group will report on their analysis
and findings from several months of investigation. A number of
options that were difficult to conceive of a short while ago are
now in service or under development. Attendees will come away
from the session aware that full access to federated resources
for higher education and research are within reach for medium
    and smaller campuses.
