Lifestyles of the Attribute Rich and Privacy Preserved is a national 
initiative to fulfill the original federated identity vision through the use 
of new end-user privacy management tools and a rich set of attributes that 
provide expanded access control capabilities. Taken together, the tools can 
empower users, reduce the friction of federated identity, and create new 
opportunities in privacy, accessibility and support services.
