Hi All,

Maybe helpful or not, but I was pulling it up when the call ended 
yesterday. This is a high level diagram showing how IGWN 
(LIGO+Virgo+KAGRA, three international astronomy groups that share 
resources) sees proxies. There is a lot that is not represented, and 
it's probably a little cryptic, but I can walk through it briefly if 
anyone wants me to on a future call (but as I said yesterday, not next 
week or the week after).
