You are receiving this message because your organization has an identity 
provider in the InCommon Federation with a broken errorURL in the metadata 
[1]. Inaccurate metadata can break collaborative workflows for the faculty, 
students and staff at federation participant campuses.

The errorURL improves the experience for your users when they try to access a 
service but your identity provider does not release the proper attributes. 
That service can use your errorURL to direct the user back to a page on your 
website for assistance in resolving the situation. The wiki has additional 
information about how the InCommon Federated Error Handling Service works. 
[2] Also, please double-check the content of your error page. It should give 
the user clear instructions about what to do in the case of insufficient 
attributes.
