On today's call we discussed the draft outline that Paul provided, and 
came up with a plan for building out the document.  (Link, for

For next week's call (3/16): aim for about 30% completion of first draft 
text.  Paul will be at training so will not be able to do much with it 
for this week, but should have time over the next week.

Two weeks out (3/23): aim for 70% completion of text.

Three weeks out (3/30): aim for 95% completion, hopefully all content is 
in place and we're just working on wordsmithing and polishing at this point.

Some people have volunteered to start work on a few of the sections:  
Paul will contribute text to the Background section, Chris will start on 
the Strategy and Process sections, and Todd will start with the Survey 
Data section.  But please feel free to help with whatever section you 
like, either by writing text, commenting on others' text, or asking 
questions on the list.

On the next two weeks' calls, we'll review the timeline to see where 
we're at and whether we need to make any adjustments.
