Sending this note via email as well as Slack.

Thanks for the great conversation yesterday and all of the ideas to keep us moving. Key takeaway - how to convey the "wow factor"!

As we agreed - the assignment by Friday is to all jump into the following spreadsheet to hone in on session topics based on all of the ideas we have been discussing. Soon, we'll flow and map them to the 'at a glance' schedule. We're aiming to get a draft schedule done in the next week or two at the latest.
