On behalf of the group working on this latest AD Cookbook, I’d like to thank Warren and Robert for their comments. We greatly appreciate the feedback!

 

In addition, just a quick note to the list that comments are being tracked at this URL:

The group doing the doc editing is putting together responses to the various comments and we’ll follow up with a note to this list when we have those responses posted.

 

Warren and Robert, please feel free to edit the comments attributed to you if they are not accurately captured on that page – I pulled out what I took as the “gist” from your emails, but did some reformatting which was intended to make it easier for the group responding to see the individual questions you each raised (but could possibly have altered the meaning of your questions!)
