Can you supply a PDF of all the questions being asked in the survey so we can best determine how to answer before we go to fill out the survey?  Please?

anonymized list of the primary challenges and then start working
with you on suggestions for addressing those gaps. If needed, 

we may assemble working groups on specific criterium and invite 
those schools who have listed the criterium as an issue to participate.

As a side note, our friends at the CIC institutions
(the Big Ten schools and the University of Chicago) developed 
the survey for their own use. They have graciously offered to 

allow all InCommon participants to take part and have set up

the same survey for the broader community. If you're a member

of a CIC institution, you don't need to fill out this version.
