If you’ve been waffling about whether or not to register for InCommon’s Shibboleth training workshop, today is a good day to go ahead and register! Only a handful of seats remain.

Shibboleth Workshop

What is Shibboleth? Shibboleth provides single sign-on (SSO) to services hosted locally or globally using the InCommon Federation.  

What is the Shibboleth Workshop? The virtual workshop is delivered through self-paced learning, access to a class Slack channel, and four half day sessions delivered through Zoom. You’ll learn how to deploy InCommon-ready Shibboleth Service and Identity Providers in a way that’s easy to install and manage. As an added bonus, you’ll learn about DevOps and containers, too.

 

midPoint Basics

What is midPoint? – midPoint is a general-purpose identity management and governance system used by the InCommon Trusted Access Platform for its ability to synchronize and reconcile among multiple systems of record and sources of identity, as well as to provision and de-provision user accounts and groups into services.

 

 

What is the midPoint Basics Workshop? – This is the place to learn how to install and configure midPoint in a Docker container. You’ll learn about the association between accounts and entitlements, how to configure resources, how to create org structures and how it integrates with Grouper.
