SafeNet, Duo Programs Open for Business
Both of InCommon's multifactor programs (SafeNet tokens and smart cards, and Duo's phone-based solution) are available for purchase. Duo offers a site license for InCommon participants; SafeNet has several of its products available for bulk (minimum of 200) purchases.
