Alternative IdP Working Group

Thanks, Shaun, for the amusing message on this Friday morning.

David and I had discussed listing the group participants but since there
were some floaters and the regular attendees have their names on the
fact finding strategy reports, we decided against it. However, I'm sure
that both of us are willing to rethink if there is any strong feeling
from folks on the list.
