Meeting the InCommon Assurance profile criteria using Active Directory

Hello,

Has anyone been able to get ADFS to work with NIH with using (PUBMED)
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/ and/or (DOCLINE)
https://www.docline.gov/docline/needs_authentication/?next=/docline/

The problem with PUBMED that I am having is the Force Authn parameter within
the authentication request and not sure how to fix this - yet.

Any comments are greatly appreciated!
