Edits from this AM’s call now in place.

 

Note that I did reword the “Approach” section slightly (added a reference to FIPS 140-2 around “Approved Algorithms” and changed some of the wording in the section that read roughly after the cut and paste.)

 

Please check that you’re happy with the organization name I gave you. (David, I left out your org as I’m not sure the best choice.) For non-current contributors, I added their then-current organization.

 

I’ll also note that we need to add a new “Version History” note when we move this for public review. I did not do this.
