Hello Colleagues,

Dean Wells and his wife are having (probably have had by now) a child, so he won't be joining us on our call tomorrow. I'll work to arrange something with him or someone else. Stay tuned on that. 

In the meantime, I'm thinking we have enough information to start on a work plan for next steps. Yes we need answers to a few questions and verification on what we think we know, but maybe we can outline some next steps. Thoughts?
